Refund Policy

We value the trust you place in our spiritual expertise. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time and energy dedicated to each consultation.

1. Consultation Services

Due to the specialized nature of our services (Astrology, Vastu, and Numerology), we generally do not offer refunds once the consultation has taken place. The time and expertise of Acharya Manendra are the primary components of our service.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases:

  • Full refund or 100% credit for rescheduling will be provided.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling

We understand that life is unpredictable. You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time without any penalty.

4. Satisfaction Commitment

Your transformation is our goal. If you feel that the service provided was not as described or if you have genuine grievances, please reach out to us within 7 days of your consultation. We will review your case and may offer a follow-up session or partial credit at our discretion.
