Consultation Services

Due to the nature of our services (Consultancy for Astrology, Vastu, and Numerology), we generally do not offer refunds once the consultation has taken place. The time and expertise of our consultant are the primary products.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time without any penalty.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you feel that the service provided was not as described or if you have genuine grievances, please reach out to us within 7 days of your consultation. We will review your case and may offer a partial refund or a follow-up session at our discretion.
